Bio:

Rita is a biochemist by training. After completing her PhD at ETH Zurich, she joined the Institute for Chemistry and Bioanalytics at the FHNW as a postdoctoral fellow. During this time, she developed the methodology for enzyme immobilization and shielding, which later became the core technology of INOFEA. She joined INOFEA as R&D Leader and has been serving as CTO for the past two years.
