European borders Entry/ Exit System (EES)

With the implementation of the new European borders Entry/Exit System (EES) in 2025, rules for different nationals travelling to/from the UK and EU are changing.

Dedicated Room Block

We have a dedicated room block at the conference hotel, Mainhaus Stadthotel Frankfurt .

We are offering a nightly room rate of +€179 for the nights of Tuesday, May 19 to Thursday, May 21.

Reservations must be made by Tuesday, April 21, which is the cutoff date.

However, please note that due to high demand, rooms may sell out before the cutoff date, so we recommend booking your accommodation sooner rather than later.
